The California Coastal Commission's King Tides Project studies the highest tides of the year to help plan for sea-level rise. The commission is asking citizens to help by taking and sharing photos of their shoreline during king tides to create a record of changes to California's coast and estuaries. Dec. 14: 7:30 am / 6.83 feet
Dec. 15: 8:12am / 6.81 feet
Please get to your location at least 10 minutes early to watch the highest tides come in.
