Discover the treasure of the Silver Strand State Beach on a cycling tour along the 4.3 miles Bayshore Bikeway. Starting at the historic Coronado Boathouse (Blue Water Grill), you’ll have the chance to soak up spectacular views while you travel along one of the best flat bike paths in Southern California, to the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Along the way, you’ll hear about the area’s history, and the flora and fauna of San Diego Bay from the host of Netflix’s hit show, Tine House Nation, John Weisbarth — a Coronado local.
This tour will help bring your inner marine scientist, conservationist, and historian to the surface. While you whiz past Glorietta Bay Park, Delta Beach, and Crown Cove there is lots to see. This tour is meant for an easy pedal so put those electric bikes in low gear.
STARTING POINT
