The California Coastal Commission's King Tides Project studies the highest tides of the year to help plan for sea-level rise. The commission is asking citizens to help by taking and sharing photos of their shoreline during king tides to create a record of changes to California's coast and estuaries. Also, please send your photos to Emerald Keepers at info@emeralkeepers.org. High King Tides for November are: Nov. 15: 7:49am / 6.93 feet Nov. 16: 8:27am / 6.97 feet Nov. 17: 9:06am / 6.77 feet
